Q: What's in your products?
A: All of our products contain therapeutic, organic grade oils and plant extracts.
Q: How will I know that the ingredients are suitable for my horse?
A: Each ingredient is thoroughly researched by our trained and qualified staff for compatibility.
Q: Do your products contain any harsh chemicals?
A: No, our products are designed to be gentle, but effective. As a result of this they do not contain any harsh chemicals at all.
Q: How will I know when and where to uses your products?
A: Each product has an accompanying full instruction label attached.
Q: Is your packaging recyclable?
A: Yes, all of our packaging is fully recyclable including the jars and lids. In other words you can put the empties in your recycle bin once you have finished using the contents.
Q: How do I know that my horse will not have an allergic reaction to your products?
A: Because we only use natural ingredients in our products, ordinarily your horse should have no problems. You should always follow the printed labelled instructions on whichever product you purchase. This includes a 'patch' test on a non-affected area.
Q: Can you make individual products based on my horses requirements?
